Now serving as CEO of L&P Services, Ian specialises in Retail and Commercial Banking, Asset & Wealth Management, with a focus on growth strategy, value creation, and performance improvement.
Victoria Browning
Victoria Browning serves as the COO of both QualitySolicitors and L&P Services, where she plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering innovation. With a focus on supporting the QS Member Firm Network, she ensures that firms remain at the forefront of modern legal services through forward-thinking strategies and client-focused solutions.
Victoria’s leadership is key to advancing the organisations’ goals, supporting growth, and maintaining a competitive edge in the legal sector.
Frances Hall

Jon Lisby

Jon has a career of leadership and business development in medium to large accountancy practices – initially being the Managing Partner of a practice in his home city of Southampton, then Managing Partner of a national practice before moving to become the CEO of global accounting network.
Jon now leads a team of experienced former leaders in the profession with a mission to support the next generation with some of the wisdom acquired.
